Just like you, I'm also on a bodybuilding journey. It started in my late teens when my father bought us a few dumbbells and a boxing bag, my body then began to respond very well to physical training and inch by inch the muscles developed.
My interest in training started to take over and quickly developed into an obsession, so I enrolled myself into further education within the industry. Once fully qualified, I did what most personal trainers do and trained people day in day out in my local gym in Sydney, Australia. This then branched out to in-home training, boot camps, physical training within the Australian army and also with the Australian football league.
Over that time I was fortunate enough to work for and gain the respect and gratitude from many clients within varied sectors of life, it was from one of these meetings that I was encouraged to take my training methods overseas and spread it across the globe.
Now in 2009, I have trained people and teams on how to build muscle and reduce fat levels in 4 countries and built this website as a gateway to genuine long lasting success.
