Q) I’m a complete beginner, only training a few months, will this program work for me? (Scotty/USA)

Reuben's Answer...

I wrote Permanent Muscle with different peoples situations in mind. I realise that lots of people have always wanted to get in great shape but never really know where to start. It’s situations like this where this program works to teach you the key principles of building muscle. The factors which will stay with you throughout the years and ensure complete beginners don’t stay complete beginners for any longer.

You can never know too much about how your body works, but it’s the people who know too little that end up quitting with little results.

Q) I’m certainly not a skinny guy, in fact I need to lose some fat, is PM for me? (Alberto/Spain)

Reuben's Answer...

Forget the crap you hear each day about lifting light weights for high reps or doing long winded cardio for fat loss.

The fact is, for fat to be burned it first needs to be recruited as a source of energy.

And what method of training requires the most energy?

Targeted resistance training, because it requires a variety of different muscle groups to work against a resistance (contraction) for a set period of time.

As a strength coach who has worked in several different countries, I more than most realise that not everyone starts at the same place, some people haven’t got an ounce of fat on their body, while others have already battled with their high fat levels for years.

That’s why I have designed Permanent Muscle’s eating guidelines and workout structure into two separate groups. One group for the skinny people and the other for people who currently or even slightly battle with the bulge.

This ensures that you can burn that fat and build your muscle at the exact same time.

Q) Do I have to join a gym to use this program or can I workout at home? (Nate/Canada)

Reuben's Answer...

As I’ve said before, the only benefits of getting a gym membership these days are the fact that you have a huge variety of equipment at your disposal which you didn’t have to buy yourself, another is that a gym is a place built for exercise, so by travelling there you will more than likely be more motivated to actually workout and finally for the social benefits of meeting new people.

If you’re totally against gyms or if you just prefer to train at home, that’s perfectly fine. Permanent Muscle is designed so you can easily set up your own gym in the comfort of your own home with either a multi-gym or a basic dumbbell set, adjustable bench, barbell and squatting apparatus.

Q) How fast will I achieve results? (Greg/New Zealand)

Reuben's Answer...

I’m going to be very bold and confident here by saying that you will make improvements to your training performance in the very first session of the Permanent Muscle program.

Your workouts will ask more from your muscle than ever and your meals will have been structured around getting you results.

Physical changes in strength can be noticed within weeks as your technique and core capabilities improve and changes in your muscles size and overall body mass should be very noticeable to both yourself and others around you within 6-12 weeks with correct program application.

Once the Permanent Muscle program launches, make sure to read some of its testimonials, there proof that gaining 15lbs, 25lbs, even up to 30lbs of muscle in 12 weeks is much easier than you think.

Q) Why is Permanent Muscle an e-book and not a hardcopy book? (Shaun/USA)

Reuben's Answer...

Hey look, I’ll just come out and say it; this site you’re on right now has members from 113 countries around the world. So a hardcopy book equals a hell of a lot of shipping costs for you and even more costs for me!

It also means you would have to wait 2-14 days delivery time before you can even start using it!

Also, if you add up all of the programs 10 modules, including its entire workout program, exercise database and meal charts, the program is almost 800 pages in total. That’s 800 pages that need to be printed every time someone makes an order. Meaning the overall price would obviously need to be increased.

So the main reasons I’m releasing this as an e-book include;

  • You get instant downloadable access to the program after successful payment
  • It can be released for a much cheaper price due to no printing or shipping costs
  • And to keep the book totally interactive; so instead of flicking through pages like a novel, you can for example; click an exercise on one page and be directed to a full photo demonstration on the other!

Q) Will I have to spend a fortune on supplements? (Dev/India)

Reuben's Answer...

No, definitely not, in fact great results can be achieved without the use of any supplements at all!

Permanent Muscle has an entire chapter dedicated to the testing and reviewing of each type of nutritional supplement available today, from protein powders, creatine’s, fat loss pills and speciality vitamins and minerals.

This program not only gives you professional advice on what works and what doesn’t through research and experimentation, but also teaches you exactly what impact all of these multi-million dollar supplement products have on your body and your training.

After reading that chapter, you will have an expert understanding as to whether or not the use of supplements is really needed for you.

Q) Can Permanent Muscle get me out of my current plateau? (Liam/Ireland)

Reuben's Answer...

Whether you’re training for the last 4 months with little or no gains or training for 10 years with awesome results along the way. This program can and will improve on your current body and levels of performance.

Often people who are stuck at the same weight or struggling to get through a performance plateau, start training even harder and eating even more. Unfortunately this then leads to overtraining and rapid increases in fat storage.

The key to getting through a current plateau, is concentrating on the most influential factors towards building muscle, like recovery times, nutrient timings, re-establishing digestive momentum, nitrogen balance and finding the right training intensity during each and every workout.

It might not make complete sense to you right now, but Permanent Muscle makes the complex task of reigniting muscle growth lighting fast and simple to understand.

Q) Reuben, with all the experience you have as a trainer, I can understand that your services don’t come cheap. Any idea how much I will have to pay for the Permanent Muscle program? (Tony/Australia)

Reuben's Answer...

I’ll make this answer clear and simple. It’s my goal and passion to give as many people as possible the tools and knowledge needed to build the body they want- this is within everyone’s reach and Permanent Muscle is the program which will get you there.

Yes, my personal training session rates one-on-one are not within the means of all, which is why I have made the program easy, affordable and accessible for everyone.

That’s 28 weeks of custom workouts, a complete professional exercise database, personalized meal plans and much more for less than the price of most monthly gym memberships.

    Hey Reuben,

unfortunately I didn\'t receive any information about your books pre-release although I\'m a subscriber. So I kinda missed the whole thing..

Of course I want to buy the book anyway but I\'m a bit confused since the page here says the pre-release date was on March 17th with 200 copies at a reduced price - today (March 21st) there are 400 copies available at 77 dollars.

So was the book sold on 77 dollars on March 17th or has the price already gone up since then?

    Thanks,
    Leo

    Hey Reuben,
I was just wondering about the diet on how to figure it out. I know you probably want your main souce of protein coming from lean meats but if some carbs and fats have proteins in them do you add them into your protein count as well? Do you figure out cabs and fats proteins first (find out how much protein they have-add them in) then figure out your protein souce?
    Thanks, Craig
