Workout is to be performed as follows;
EX 1) VERTICAL LEAP @ 9FT / 5 x 5 SEC INTERVALS
EX 2) SPRINT SHUTTLE @ 15M / x 5 LENGTHS
EX 3) BARBELL POWER CLEAN @ 135LB x 10 REPS
EX 4) BOX JUMP @ 15-20 INCH / x 20 REPS
EX 5) TIRE FLIP @ 175LB / x 10 REPS
RECOVERY = 60 SECONDS
REPEAT x 3 MORE ROUNDS (4 ROUNDS IN TOTAL)
