Lookin to find the best way for me to get ultra-ripped - seem to always plateau once i get down to a certain level (~12%) and no matter what diet/training i do cant get over that plateau - any tips?
Im around 6'3"
110kg
training 4 years
down from 150kg of fat, first 2 years essetnailly just pure cardio, last 2 years lots of resistance training, high volume training (not so much the HIT/pre-fatiguing principles you use, but ive tried them and they seem intesting)
