    Have got sore pecs and tri\'s from your chest and tricep workouts which I did yesterday. Cant wait to try this one. Best thing about your workouts are the strange the looks from the other gym monkeys when one set of these workouts is composed of more intesity than a week of their \"normal\" training!

    Some great exercises in there.. rear delts are quite hard to hit and I think this would work well for that. Keep it up!

    hey do i do
    1,1.1,1.2..... and then start from 1,1.1.... and do tat 4 times or do i do 1 4times then 1.1 4 times and so on
